PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Weavers Court is a campus style business park adjacent to Belfast city centre and the major transport hub of Great Victoria Street Bus and Rail. The building has been designed with its own unique identity suitable for a range of potential occupants. The project has made use of the existing mid 1800’s warehouse/office building on the site of the development and incorporated this into the refurbishment.

The scheme has made important use of its roof space being so close to the tall business district and has arranged the entrance location and aesthetics to allow the narrow building to address the entrance to the site. The Creative Industries Building at Weavers Court comprises over 2,000m2 of divisible floor space.
