St Mary’s Youth Club Derry/Londonderry

J.D.McGeown Ltd are delighted to announce their appointment by Ganson (UK) Ltd for this NEC3 Option A Two Stage (Develop & Build) Contract following the successful completion & acceptance of all relevant Pre-Construction Activities. The works comprise the RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) and subsequent construction of a new Youth Club with a gross internal floor area of 1,477m2 within a single site to replace the existing St Mary’s Youth club located at 3 Fanad Drive, Creggan, L/Derry. Demolition activities have already commenced on-site with all works due to be complete by Spring 2020.
