PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This development represents the seventh Premier Inn in Northern Ireland and is located at Crescent Link in the Waterside. The new building project boasts 60 bedrooms, a 200 seater family pub and restaurant and marks a further £6m investment in Northern Ireland by the Whitbread Group, Premier Inn’s parent company.
