J.D.McGeown Ltd are delighted to announce their appointment by Woodvale Construction Ltd for this NEC3 Option A Two Stage (Develop & Build) Contract following the successful completion & acceptance of all relevant Pre-Construction Activities. Working with project partners Doran Consulting, Hood McGowan Kirk, AH Design, Gregory Architects,Mullarky Pedersen Architects, Semple & McKillop, Albert Fry Associates, Scott & Ewing Ltd & Main Contractor Woodvale Construction Ltd, the works comprise the RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) and subsequent construction of a new twenty one class primary school and twin unit nursery to replace the existing facility. Works have recently commenced on-site with an overall proposed construction period of circa. 120 Weeks.
