J.D.McGeown Ltd are delighted to announce their appointment by Woodvale Construction Ltd for this NEC3 Option A Two Stage (Develop & Build) Contract following the successful completion & acceptance of all relevant Pre-Construction Activities. Working with project partners Edmund Shipway, Hamilton Architects, Mullarky Pedersen Architects, Semple & McKillop, WYG, Albert Fry Associates, Scott & Ewing Ltd, Burke Morrison & Main Contractor Woodvale Construction Ltd, the works comprise the RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) and subsequent construction of a new seven class primary school and single unit nursery to replace the existing facility. Works have recently commenced on-site with an overall proposed construction period of 52 Weeks.
