JD McGeown Ltd are delighted to announce the appointment by Graham Interior Fit-Out for the CAT A & B fit-out of the Ground & First Floors of this prestigious City Centre Development. The Headspace Group is to expand its UK footprint with this the clients fifth location in the UK. The boutique operator will occupy 20,000 Sq. Ft of space as part of a deal led by sister company BESpoke, BE Offices’ managed workspace division, on completion the floors will be let to a Global Advisory Firm. Adelaide Exchange is Belfast’s premier mixed-use development comprising more than 144,000 Sq. Ft. of lettable space. Works have already commenced on-site with an extremely aggressive programme of works with the project due for completion by early February 2019.
