PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This project entailed the development of grade A offices for the HQ of Liberty IT International.
The high standard of finish and technical specification of Adelaide Exchange coupled with provision of excellent data cabling solutions and fibre –optic connectivity has produced state of the art office space.
The project comprised a Category A fit out of the link buildings within the Adelaide Exchange development in Alfred Street, Belfast. Working alongside the main contractor, Grahams, the 6th, 7th, & 8th floors of the building were upgraded and works included the installation of the building’s mechanical and electrical services.
