PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Premier Inn, Four Corners Hotel fronts on to Waring Street in Belfast with various commercial premise to its right. The project had a contractual value of £12m allowing this Victorian landmark in Belfast city centre to be restored sympathetically within the confines of a listed building structure.

Previously derelict for a number of years, only the listed façade of this building could be retained in this new hotel project. There are 171 bedrooms, a 200-seat restaurant, a bar, and an underground car park. The new portion has a modern white façade punctuated by simple vertical windows.
