PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Adelaide Exchange began with an initial refurbishment and extension to a historic mill building. Later phases incorporated the provision of 183 underground car parking spaces, 165,000 square feet of office space, 2 retail units and a 148 bedroom hotel.
It remains to be one of the most exciting projects to have emerged in Belfast in recent times and creates an outstanding landmark on the City’s horizon. The complex spans across a city block with frontage on both Adelaide Street and Alfred Street.
The development of grade A offices is now home to Belfast City Council as well as Liberty IT International.
