Measured Term Contract

JD Mc Geown has a robust reputation in the delivery of Measured Term Contract work. This is an arrangement whereby we undertake to carry out a series of electrical work orders, over a period of years, within a defined geographical area and where our work is subsequently measured and valued at rates contained in a pre-priced Schedule of Rates.

We work in partnership with other lead contractors in the delivery of a seamless service offering electrical support on a Northern Ireland wide basis. Our fleet of mobile engineers can be readily dispatched to undertake planned maintenance jobs as well as reactive maintenance jobs. This provision is backed up by our 24/7 help desk monitoring optimum delivery to our clients.

JD Mc Geown delivers electrical MTC jobs which can include: electrical distribution systems, general lighting, emergency lighting, external lighting, HV/LV power, PA systems, radio, TV & satellites, IT & data & telecommunications systems, access controls, CCTV and intruder alarms systems.
